Booking Policies

1. Booking: To secure services, please use the contact details. Please note that all services require prepayment.

For bridal bookings, please reach out directly to Chloe for personalised assistance. Securing of bridal bookings are subject to a 20% deposit.

​

2. Payment: All payments must be made by methods as stated by Chloe . Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and cash payments

​

If full payment is not received by the time of the makeup appointment, the appointment will be cancelled.

​

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the appointment to avoid losing the full amount paid.

​

Depending on Chloe's availability, the appointment may be rescheduled to an alternative date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment will be subject to forfeiture of the payment.

​

In the event that Chloe needs to cancel due to circumstances beyond her control or if an alternative suitable option cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued to the client. No additional compensation will be offered. Chloe may also recommend another highly recommended makeup artist as an alternative.

​

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction.
